Challenge
Warner Bros. needed to migrate their data from Teradata to Snowflake since they wanted to take advantage of Snowflake‘s unlimited scalability and powerful analytical capabilities, especially since their data volumes were increasing day by day. They needed to migrate to a platform that could instantly scale storage and compute capacity
Snowflake would also fulfil their requirement for unlimited concurrency and performance. They would also benefit from Snowflake’s benefits of minimal management intervention, capability to add new Cloud-based data sources and workloads, and savings on costs.
