Senior Director, Sales & Channel
Role
As the Senior Director Sales & Channel, you have both – the skillsets of a salesperson and a customer relationship manager, who is passionate about driving success for customers, partners, and our company. You are a team player who collaborates well across geographical and organizational boundaries. You enjoy working in a small team but can roll up your sleeves and be hands-on when required, to ensure tasks (whether big or small) are done. You are responsible for sales management at large and the building, maintenance, and management of relationships with existing and potential channel partners within the assigned territory/territories.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Management: Responsible for generating opportunities and nurturing them through to revenue.
- Channel Engagement and Support: Work regularly with channel partners within your territory, ensuring they have the knowledge, understanding and tools necessary to deploy BryteFlow, coordinate with appropriate internal team members to resolve gaps if/when identified and represent at key customer meetings.
- Alliances and System Integrators: Work with system integrators to form alliances to work on joint opportunities
- Partner Relationships: Cultivate strategic relationships with others in the ecosystem to collaborate on delivering solutions to customers.
- CRM: Use CRM to effectively self-manage activities to ensure success with respect to revenue and growth.
- Business reviews: Monitor and review performance against plan/forecast. Manage pipeline reviews with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Trade Shows: Represent at appropriate trade shows in the assigned territory and other regions as needed.
- Travel: The position is ‘home-based’ and will require travel for trade shows etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years outside sales experience in a related business or technical discipline.
- Understanding of the overall Cloud data integration ecosystem and technology stack.
- Knowledge of key ecosystem partners in the US market.
- Proven performance in launching new products and services in data integration and replication fields.
- Experience of productively working with channel partners and driving channel sales.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically. The ability to use relevant data as well as management intuition to accurately assess business situations and industry trends, and make timely, appropriate recommendations and plans.
- Demonstrated capability and experience with B2B sales.
- Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and teams.
- Sales experience of high technology products in assigned territory in a channel model
- Strong personal network within the industry.

Position is based in the United States. You should be situated in the United States and have the right to work there.
